I hate calling this place. The worker Christina has horrible customer service and even if you’re speaking she will just start speaking right over you as if you are not speaking. That’s extremely rude The same thing happens every single time I call this place and have to speak with her. Customer service should be a basic requirement for the job. She lacks it 200% . I get off the phone angry every-time I call. Stay away.

Clearly they pay people to write good reviews or the sweet customers have just purchased the vehicle and have not experienced the horrible service including with the owner Alex. The cars are refurbished and I wouldn’t have known until I tried to get my car refinanced through my credit union. One person told me “It’s not my fought your credit is not good and you had to come to Nice Car. “. This was not the case with me, I needed a second car and I did not want a co-signer so I went to this horrible place. Alex admitted the cars were refurbished. They also sent me an URGENT email telling me that I owed 965.00 when I did not and their records were not accurate. I was hung up on at least 7 times because I requested my account record. I finally got it thanks to April and it appears it was a mistake on their part. PLEASE DO NOT GET A CAR from NICE CAR, INC because it will not be a pleasant experience. Once you leave the salesman, you are on your own. PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PAYMENTS and REQUEST A COPY OF YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and I hope they will get investigated Or exposed. Oh be mindful CASH ladies (salesperson). I won’t say anything else, you will see. Also please do not purchase a car for your children because my car was a death trap. I put more money into it than it was worth. They tell you that you have a 1 year warranty but it was so hard to get your in there to be see so my boyfriend paid to have my car repaired 4500.00 later. I should have known that this place was not reliable when you have to pay via Zelle or Chase and then send them an email confirming you paid. You don’t have access to your account either.

Great people, great staff. They mean what they say. I used to work for them. Great management. Everything is explained upfront before the customer gets the vehicle. You will know your payment and down payment right away. No waste time. Highly recommended if your credit is not good and need to drive something nice and pay it fast. Nice Car put a year warranty in all their vehicles, no dealership gives you a free warranty. I just want to tell people my honest opinion, even I am working presently at an another dealership...

You need at least $1500. Your credit doesn't matter. We don't even ask for your social security number. Do you have a legal driver's license? You drive!

Those who are sick will not be allowed to enter. • We keep the 6 feet away from other employees in locker rooms, during breaks, and the sales room. • It's mandatory for all employees including those in the parking lot to wear a facemask. • We clean and disinfect all the areas inside and outside the surfaces every morning and every time a customer left the building. • Every car is disinfected after a customer inspected or try it for a run. • Other precautions are enforced to keep everyone safe.
