Dealer advised that they could acquire loan options(they advised to visit banks that they were able to approve for sure; at the end, no bank accepted the dealer...), I left a $500 deposit after what they told me and no loan was able to be acquired. In the beginning they said they were going to return the $500 because they couldn't close the deal (no loan option) but later they said that Corporate department doesn't allow to refund the $500 deposit even thought it's the dealers fault for not being able to close... I called many many times for solutions and finally gave up because they weren't willing to do anything. Thank you for taking $500 from my pocket. Really frustrating experience with this dealer and a big waste of my time.
