No refunds. They give you the amount you spent in store credit. Must have been a pretty expensive mug to be wanting to dispute a refund from 6000 miles away.
I don't know, why not call them and ask to speak to a manager? But i don't think you can get a refund if it has been used, already. Nobody gives refunds once its used.
