Because they are very email based. They reply quickly when you use their website or app.
They don’t answer because their customer service sucks and the people that do respond are totally useless ... they give a scripted response to all requests ... property mgrs do not take accountability for their mistakes and have a lack of authority to execute requests; however they are quick to take their mgmt fees and run.
Not really I sent an email this morning and a message through the portal and still no response and it’s 330 now
They are this way they just give useless numbers specially the emergency number
They are horrible, they manage property virtually, they don’t even reply emails.They have mess with my new property and my guarantee. My property is in Florida they are in California, they are the worst company ever. They can’t not even rent the property in two months, a new one. They messed with my house guarantee.
