Clearly if he said that was because you had an horrible attitude...the manager was VERY nice to everyone when we were there!
The manager and owner have ALWAYS treated my friends, my husband and I with the upmost respect and outstanding customer service. One time I was there and there was a different customer that was super rude to me, and the owner gave my a mimosa on the house, to apologize for my bad experience with another customer. If that isn't caring about your guests, I don't know what is. This is my favorite brunch spot!
