Amazing high quality spices! Really enjoying the Sumac, the Porcini Paradisio and the Padang Cassia Cinnamon. I never knew cinnamon could have so much flavor and no bitterness. Highly recommend the Sumac Honey Roasted chicken recipe on the website.

The masa mole is the perfect blend for tacos, or really just adding a nice Latin flavour to any meal. The porcini paradiso has been my go to seasoning for chicken because it such a nice mix of aromas and flavours. Would highly recommend!!
