Attempted to engage Google to see if it's possible to change it to "Temporarily Closed," which is what the official Kohl's Website has listed regarding this site. But as per usual, there are limited options, as per Google, it can only BE "OPEN" or "PERMANENTLY CLOSED." A good guess, considering the importance of the location, will be that they will do everything possible to reopen for the Holiday Shopping Season.

No it is still standing
The store has not burned down, but just about everything around it has.
As of right now it's still standing. Not sure if they suffered damage but the building is still there and has not been stated as a loss in the news.
