I wouldn't imagine there is any fishing to be had here. It's all salt flats that dry up (mostly) when the bay drains.

Im not sure, but this isn't the kind of place I'd typically go fishing.
Bayfront is surrounded by salt flats. I see fisherman along the coast many places north from Redwood City Harbor all the way up to San Francisco Airport, particularly around the San Mateo Bridge. Look up "Bridgeview Park" in Foster City.
