A lot of seniors take their classes. They may not be designated senior classes but the demo swings that way pretty heavily!
If your looking for features like free towel big and small separate Jacuzzis in some 24 hr fitness plus you wont find it here. This is a regular pay regular 24 hr non corporate but a franchised 24 hr fitness. They do have zumba classes and different category for beginners and advance.
