Smaller Location usually messy and infrequently stocked items. Anything worth buying usually is gone as soon as it's on the shelf. and the fact that it's $1.25 now not $1.⁰⁰ anymore I see as being total false advertisement now.

My first impression was of a bathroom. Who is damp dank and smelled foully. No customer service to speak of. And one line went all the way back into the aisles.
