Thanks for your question. You can get a library card if you do not live in Hanover. It currently costs $140 a year for a household; $95 if there is a senior (65+) in the household. You are always welcome to use the library and come to programs if you do not have a card, but you wouldn't be able to check out materials. Yes but like basically all municipal libraries, you have to pay if you are not a resident.
