It's open to the public. :) Right now summer hours are 8am-5pm. The school hours are 7:30am-11pm Mon-Thursday, 7:30-5pm on Friday, 11pm-7pm on Saturdays, and 2pm-11pm on Sundays. However during the school season the doors lock at 5pm and you can't get in unless you're a student. They won't kick you out but you can't get in.
