My brother works for Entertainment Cruises, and works for the Boston location. No dress code. If someone booked the boat and invited you (business affair, wedding, etc.) the host may want to have a dress code. If you bought a ticket for a dinner cruise or what-not that is offered, like on the Spirit of Boston, then no formal dress required. Men are not required to wear jackets.
Not really no, some people dress up, others don't, there's no formal mandatory attire, unless of course you're with a wedding or corporate group or something and whoever set up the cruise requires it. Beyond that though, not really, most people dress in business casual though, but you're not obligated too.
Not to my knowledge. But I chaperoned a bunch of school kids and you know how they dress. I would only say yes if it was a formal event that you were invited to. Hope that helps
