Went on the brunch cruise and had a terrible time. The cruise itself was okay the food was okay though there would be better options for the price. Now let's get to the terrible part they sat us next to a table of unruly guests they were talking and dropping f bombs every where I had people with me over 70. Then one of them proceeded to dance and crawl and grind the pole while little children where around. There was other bad behavior but to much to explain. The staff never intervened and let her continue this activity. I was very disappointed

I loved this tour! It was so informative. Malachi did an excellent job in both entertaining and providing information. I worried about being really cold, but there are 2 inside decks with huge picture windows. I could easily pop outside to take a picture. I used a groupon for this tour, but I would have been satisfied if I had had to pay full price.

Best cruise ever. Is worth every penny. Good buffet, awesome music and great service and the view was gorgeous.

It was a pleasant experience. It was nice to watch the aeroplanes land very close, chat with colleagues and play games. My sole complaint was that the only vegetarian dish they had was spinach pasta (which was delicious). So not really worth it for a vegetarian who is expecting decent food at the price they charge. Staff were polite and prompt to take away dirty plates.

Parking garage near boats
I purchased my tickets online. Didn't notice any ticket counters at the boarding location
Yes but you must use a row boat to get to the ship and fill out an application. You must ask the officer of the deck for permission to come aboard and wear the proper uniform.
It is probably closed for winter. Try in the Spring.
I would certainly check if you can re-schedule for a later date.
They have a variety of menus . You'll have to call their office to get the menus
Yes u do. To pick up ticket at will call. An to purchase drinks on board
My brother works for Entertainment Cruises, and works for the Boston location. No dress code. If someone booked the boat and invited you (business affair, wedding, etc.) the host may want to have a dress code. If you bought a ticket for a dinner cruise or what-not that is offered, like on the Spirit of Boston, then no formal dress required. Men are not required to wear jackets.
There is s parking lot across the street for 24$, the price waterhouse cooper building has an underground lot for 15$ after 5 pm. There is parking under the Seaport hotel, but it can be pricy, i don't remember the exact amount, but Spirit does validate it, only by like 7$ though. Your best bet is to yet to fight for parking meter parking. They go for 3.25$ and hour and depending which meter you park at, they either end at 6 pm or 8 pm. Which are the cheapest options by far, since you don't need to add more money after those times.
Max capacity is close to 600 people. But unless it's Boathouse Friday or a moonlight club promoter cruise, you probably won't see even close to max capacity. Generally expect around 200-300 people tops for standard dinner cruises and around 200 or less for lunch cruises. Unless of course there's a large corporate group or wedding or college or high school.
Negative. Most Boston harbor boats only stick to the inner and outer harbor and go in circles. Great view of the city and the various islands, but for whales you need to get on the whale watching boats from the New England Aquarium, that take you out beyond the harbor into the ocean where you might see some whales.
At the dock.
Very reduced schedule during the winter. Check their on line posts.
Spirit of Boston cruises all year long!
I think you have to park in a nearby parking lot.
