My sons ticket had to be purchased and he was 3 so would have to say 2 and under is free. Do know that if their are at least 5 children in the group that 1 adult is free admission although that doesnt relate directly to your question.....
I have two 7 year old and a 3 year old I have never been there is it better to bring 3 year old separately at another time are there limitations for him
