When you order an item to pick up in store that it should arrive in the store on the date it says it will. Not be told “oh well it’s still in transit” the day after stated arrival. Very bad business.

The arrival date is an estimate, there is no way for the store to know when the postal service will be able to get the package there. Would you be happier if they gave you a date that is 2 months later so that it is guaranteed to be there?

Online order is just a guesstimate. If you want exact delivery have it sent to your house.
