Decent experience considering the salesman are informative and not pushy

We wanted to shop local and tried to get them to sell us a Pacifica Hybrid. Bafflingly, they didn't return our calls or emails after our test drive, so we had to get one delivered (for free) from Fremont Dodge instead. (Fremont was great, btw.) When I complained about their limited shop hours during some recall work, the service department guy actually suggested I bring it back to Fremont because they had weekend hours. Really nice. Incompetent is one thing (sales), rude is another (service). Here's hoping a competitor comes in and puts them out of their misery sooner than later, it won't be hard: 1. return calls, 2. don't be a jerk.

The service department is efficient. I was told where I could wait, for approximately how long a wait I would have and when the service was finished I was told in detail what they found etc. Very satisfied.

The customer service at this place is horrible! They do not care about you or bother to really even take care of you! A simple oil change will take you over 3 hours!! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to have you vehicle serviced.
