Dogs are not allowed on the beach. It is illegal and can reap a fine. There are new signs stating this at every walk over. Dogs endanger nesting birds and sea turtles. Please find out about the ecosystem before you come to enjoy the beauty. Be responsible to the planet and other beachgoers and leave dogs at home. Many dog owners allow pets to urinate and defecate on the sand where people sit. Many encourage dogs to chase shore birds that are fishing for their dinner. There is a dog park on the Isle of Capri. That is the place to go with all dogs.
