No. Its all in the ticket price. The only extra money needed is for food and gift shop and photo with santa (though you can take your own and the visit with santa is free) and raindeer food. Everything else is in the ticket (train, monorail, cinema, show, rides, parking). The waterpark is not a seperate piece of the park. But an area near the other rides. Its great fun for the kids and a great way to cool off but its no water country or some big waterpark.
