Mosy any post accepts flags to dispose of properly but to ensure the greatest respect I would take it to American Legion post 14 its at 1520 4th street N enter in rear they have a Flag box inside just drop it in retired Flag box!!! there no need to say anything you are also welcome tp stay for a drink or sandwich.
