They do take walk-ins. I was there as a walk-in yesterday. Depending on how busy they are, you may have a bit of a wait but there is plenty of space and seating.

Hi To set up an appointment, please call the studio during business hours. We will gladly help you do so. If you would like to walk in, you can do that during business hours up until 2 hours before closing. Appointments are not mandatory, but are suggested. Wait times for walk in piercings can be up to an hour wait. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 to 9:00. We would love to get you into the studio. Thank you
