How old do you have to be to drive it? Do you actually need to be 16?

Yes, I believe so. But, they have two seaters(side by side) so I was able to take my 7yo. They even have a second steering wheel that does nothing.

It goes by height, not age

You have to be 56 inches tall to drive. No age requirement, just minimum height requirement.

I believe its alot lower then 16 as long as they are certain height.
