You must go to your local town hall Clerk's office and apply. Fill out the marriage intention, both parties info is required, pay a fee $25 (Fee in Lynn) and the wait is currently 5-7 days to receive your marriage license once in hand look for a local Justice of the Peace (Google Justice of the Peace Beatriz Tejada 😉) The license will be valid for 60 days. Both parties must present a valid government issued ID. Both parties must know their social security numbers,, however the card does not need to be present. The fee for the marriage license is $45 and a 3 day waiting period is required. -Boston Northshore Notary Services
