Went hiking for the first time and, WOW!. It didn't disappoint. It has parking and is free, which is something I didn't know. When you first start you see different trails. I choose the green one. Apparently, not only is the longest is the rockiest π€ͺ. If you are up for a good hike, scenery and a sense of adventure then i 100% recommend that one!. The trails are beautiful, clean and honestly, i even felt safe. Definitely coming back!.

Great place to walk around. Also a great place to take your dog for a walk. You can also hike there. It has a lot of great options that can suit your mood

This was an awesome natural spot. It was easy to find (thanks GPS!) and there are maps at the trail head. Dungeon Rock is about 10-15 minutes from the Walnut Street parking lot. The rock alone was worth being there. Itβs so cool and a little creepy. The stone tower was closed the day we went and apparently the steel tower has been closed for quite awhile. Though both towers were closed, you can get a view of the Boston Skyline. I would advise more signage because there wasnβt much and one of the trails was flooded and finding the right backup path was hard. I would frequent this place if I lived in the area.

Went on a Friday and the place was nearly empty. Nice walking trails for couple of hours. There is a stone tower where the view from top is great.

Depends how fast you walk 45 - 60 minutes?
Yes, but it's very uncomfortable and bumpy on the gravel paths with small rocks and some trails are very rocky and unpassable
No ,all 4 poond are reservoirs
They used to have them there I don't know if they still do
Absolutely NO swimming!!π«π« Not only because it's public drinking water, but for safety, the PUMPS are very strong, and can PULL even STRONG swimmers under DONT RISK IT. π«π«
You can't climb to the top of the tower because it's usually locked. You can touch it though and go up a few meters on the outside stairs that aren't locked, although you can't really see anything from there.
No hunting and probably no fishing since the lakes are water reservoirs
