Are there volleyball courts? If so are there any leagues or men's groups that play there regularly? If not does anyone know of any in the area?

There aren't any volleyball courts there that I am aware of. You should try the Veterans Memorial Park, or Deltona Woods Park for open Volleyball courts.

There is a sand volleyball court out back next to the basketball court.

They do have a volleyball court it's next to the playground that they have for the kids it has sand. I'm not sure about adult teams though. If you go to the front desk they do have of list of both adult and kid group activities so if they do have volleyball team set up it would be listed there.
