Stores only have an operator between 10 am and 7 pm. Otherwise, the call will be answered by electronics or customer service. However, unless they are actively waiting on a customer, they should pick it up faster than that. You could speak to a member of management, who should be able to resolve it for you. If that doesn't resolve it, you can call the corporate office at 1800walmart.
