It takes about an hour. Don't forget to take a picture of Mount Rushmore outside. We really enjoyed the place
It's a very short walk through. Anywhere between 30 minites and an hour depending on if you spend time to read all the information o the signage.. We plan another activity to do on the same day in the area when we go. We enjoy the museum and go there first on our way to other activities.
