Not sure why this place exists. Showed up with passport applications filled out for 3 kids (both parents are required to be there) and was asked when my appointment was. The website didn't say anything about needing one. Why have hours of operation. Next available appointment is in 4 weeks. Would have taken them 5 min to process us as the place was mostly empty. This is why we all love Gov agencies.
