My husband can not understand why your staff cant understand when an item is on sale and is reduced how to ring up the right amount.Then he is over charged often, and when trying to get a employee to refund his money he waits for and hour.

I don't know what the question was but the only bad experience I have is when my husband goes to the gun department and see a gun he just has to have.

I have never had an experience like that at rural king. The service has alway been fine. Sometimes it is a little hard to find someone to assist with finding something that I may be looking for.

I love this place...ironically this just happened on our last visit, I believe its an inventory/price change issue...if they follow how Publix does the same thing, think BOGO... this wouldnt happen...go through the store for ALL, the flier price drops, and overstock price change, and scan the the items to reflect the price change correctly at check out 👍Its a very rare thing to happen at Publix, but when it does, that Item is FREE....🖐😆 BooooYah

I agree Kenneth, however, I've never had a problem finding somebody to help us.
