Well at least I am not the only one who thinks there is discrimination going on in this program. Not only is my child Hispanic, but also has some emotional disabilities that are not diagnosed but that have been under supervision for a couple of years. When problems started to arise in the program. I relayed the situation about her special needs. They stated that they could not adapt or take into consideration her "special" needs without a diagnoses. So after several situations they expelled her. With the last couple because of some boy bullying her and her being emotionally deficient and reacting badly. Not that badly that it would cause serious harm, but just enough of a reaction to fall within the scope of a punishable offenses. But allowing an older boy to bully and put their hands on my daughter I guess is okay. No child shouldn't be protected from bullies and no little girl should ever have to deal with an older boy putting his hands on them. With this long running situation I am appalled that they would not just keep the two apart. But instead my family suffers because of their negligence. So much for the club helping children have a safe space, a place for children who's families struggle just to do what it takes to survive. Maybe they should use my story for their next fund raiser. Because what I experienced goes against the value mission the organization was founded on.

Worst daycare ever cfo josh Kelly is a real piece of work.....your kid will be constantly put in danger hit cursed at and when he defends himself and starts hating the club you’ll know why! Josh said he has no ide why his staff never told him... Turnover high three directors since we’ve gone wonder why. My son was having a hard time with being bullied and defended himself when hi multiple times.. he got expelled because these people don’t understand how to separate kids who have problems with each other and then Josh expelled my six month old daughter from the preschool because my wife sat and pleaded with him about how our child has three siblings and never does this at home. She also told josh that the family was going through a hard time and lost a pregnancy just two days prior and that everyone was not themselves due to Mom being in the hospital. She told him our older son was having a hard time liking the new staff and the junior staff (who are actually just 15 year olds in the program they have work) and that they were cursing and making him uncomfortable with racial remarks towards him. Josh told my wife he would make it easy for her and that our 6 month old wasn’t allowed to go either. So he told a woman two days post losing a baby who just went back to work that she had to leave and come get her kids. They are a total let down when it comes to handling children. My son had been going there 2 years and just started having problems and we were promised we’d work on a resolution together and he next day he was kicked out. Josh told us the accommodations of letting our kids cool down if they have special needs and need quiet time was something a staff should never of promised. Josh also lied and broke dcf rules and told my wife that she had only 30 mins to come get our children or the cops and dcf were taking them away. We called their old daycare andthey informed us the rule was an hour. The staff probably think we are angry people but they have no idea about the conversation my wife tried to have with this man just to have him power trip and make her rush out the door she worked 45 mins away bawling her eyes out all because josh called over and over saying we needed to have the conversation right there on the phone because he was going on vacation the next day. It’s funny how nobody else can witness phone conversations. Well he also hid in the parking lot unavailable and came in when he thought we didn’t see him. They had my 6 year old and my 6 month old next to the front door in her car seat crying with no food or comfort waiting for us. I just walked in and grabbed them and left. I’m so glad I never have to go back. Do yourself a favor people and listen to these reviews. We didn’t and look at us.

This place follows directors rules no state rules are ever being followed. I have witnessed staff members places children in high chairs as a form of corporal punishment. They pick up childeem,bring to their face and scream at them if they don’t listen. No smooth transition to hell children not run around and scream. They bribe children with hard small candies to try and get them quiet. They threaten to take away children’s lunch and non stop scream on top of their lungs at all children in their care. Force infants to stay awake when a three month old should be ideally sleeping 14plhs hours a day and 3-5 naps a day according to child development. This place is sickening. They don’t believe in state rules and regulations. Save your time and find another center for your dear children.
