I made a mistake on my booking online. No answer via phone or email. I need to cancel part of my booking and get a credit on my credit card. How can i get this done if they don't return calls or emails?

I called and left my phone number and they returned my call pretty quickly. Also check your spam emails and see if they contacted you there

Are you able to do it using the City Experiences app? You used to be able to pretty easily, but they made some major changes and i haven't tried it since.
