I need to get a Florida ID. Can I use my credit card or is the $31.95 cash only? Thank you.

Hello, The cost of a Florida identification card is $31.25, or with proof the person is eligible for Florida EBT or homeless, an id only (not a driver license) is free. If the person is a minor their name will not be the EBT card and you may print out your benefit summary at http://www.myflorida.com/accessflorida and it will list all who are eligible on the account. Your EBT card must have an expiration date on it. A letter from a homeless shelter or organization who provides services to the homeless would also allow us to issue the identification card for free. Once again, if you are not REAL ID compliant you will need to provide us with a certified birth certificate or a valid passport, your social security card and two proofs of your current Florida address. If you have had a name change, we will be required to see proof of that, the documents you provide must be the original copy. If you have any further questions please call our call center Thank you.
