Good question, we pride ourselves on producing & serving low fat, low salt and low sugar foods. The actual amount varies from dish to dish. As an example, our whole wheat bread gets 2½ teaspoons of salt per 3 lb loaf. The new Roasted Brussels Sprouts dish gets 1/8 tsp per order. Our Havana Black Bean Soup gets 2 TBL per 5 gallons plus a half cup miso which also has salt. If you want amounts for specific dishes, please ask. Salt is necessary for health but generally not necessary as an additive as we get enough in the whole foods we consume. Many franchise burgers around town will contain up to a gram of salt per burger. To be clear, there are 17 grams of salt in a TBL. We use about 30 lbs of salt per year here at the Oasis. Hope this helps. Steven Plante owner
