Food here was good, but cost more than it should. Restaurant was dirty but employees could care less. Double meat burrito was tastey and Very fresh (hot temperature-wise). (That's where the stars came from.)

Went to drive through and made my order, the lady running drive through rang up wrong item. I informed her that the item was wrong and repeated again the item I wanted. She told me that the box she rang up was the only one that had a beefy 5 layer burrito. I told her everything thing the menu listed the one I wanted came with and the price wich was lower then the one she was charging me for. She then argued with me and said if I was having issues to come in because what I wanted was not on the menu. I went in store pointed right at what I was trying order and she looks at it and says it's wrong but she would make it and discount the difference. I then get handed my order and it was the box she was trying to ring me up for just with a beefy five layer. I handed it back and she took out the chulupa and had them make the Other items. She handed me a bag with the items that were wrong when I looked in the bag it was still wrong. She was supposed to give me one of the cantina tacos and a chulupa supreme what I got was another beefy five layer and the chulupa.

This was a waisted trip and very disappointed how the Taco Bells are managed in aska. There were 12 customers that were in line and come to find out the were only taking orders for Door Dash. Shameful and talk about a loss of revenue! Doja Cat brought back the mexian pizza but it is a clash of values when management's priorities are put in the worng place ! Shameful!

Ordered a variety of items and I would of been better off just wrapping a head of lettuce in a tortilla at home.
