I agree with Karen. Also included in the lot rent are many amenities at the club house, a fitness room, and maintenance of 2 pools and the facilities. I also love it here!
I have lived here for 13 years. There are lots available for sale or lease. We lease ours. Price just depends on where your lot is located ex. Golf course, water, woods, or interior. The lot rent includes trash pickup twice a week and lawn mowing. It is a gated community and we love it here. 45 minutes to Disney, a hour to a beach and airport. Just call the sales office or check out their web page.
Do not have H O A fees they have lot fees which are $600 or up depending you're at and how much property you have you can always contact them and they will send you information we're tell you on the phone how it works places very pretty very nice and well well kept up
