Probably not if that's your only form of income. Cypress Lakes is a extremely nice high end community. I think you might find it a little pricey. But worth every penny. The people are great. The club house is great. The golf course is great. The restaurant is great. Almost a perfect community.
That's difficult to answer since there are so many variables. Our fees start in the upper $600s and range depending on the home site location. If you'd like to call in, we'd be happy to help, as well as forward you an application if interested. Have a good one!
Are the properties land owned?
My in laws make it work. There are a couple factors that come into play. The own their home and rent the land. They have what is called a double wide, it is permanent, and has a car port and lanai. They paid for the house in full and pay the rent and home owners association monthly. It's one of the nicer 55+ communities. I wouldnt call it high end. Lakeland is not a very wealthy town, historically, so Cypress is considered one of the nicest there.
Depends on what you get.
