Yes they do. Just make sure you don't use the Clearwater one their cars break down with in a month after warranty
Frankly, I have no idea. I financed with my credit union and then paid it off immediately because the interest rate was higher than I thought it would be and because I got a great price for the car in the first place and a great trade-in on my 10 year old Honda.
