You will most likely need an appointment but you should call them or have your doctors office send your orders and they should call you to schedule but every place is different.
I believe it's 8 a.m. & they have late evening hours too. Not sure if you need an appointment for what you need done but all other procedures (MRI, CT Scan etc) you need an appointment. They are open until 7 p.m. tonight so you can call to find out.
