The regular DMV is open but by appointments only. You can go and make an appointment at the DMV itself if need be. I was just there the other day.

OMG...I was at the Bradenton W. DMV, only yesterday, and they couldn't have been more gracious and/or cordial as they directed me through my license, address change! 🤠I really enjoyed myself at their facility! 🤗
