There's not any actual indoor seating at all but yes they do have heaters and someone told me that Brewster's has blankets to use if you need them. And I'm usually very very warm but even I got cold that night and it was one of the warm ones so I recommend wearing layers. I love the food and I love the place it was very casual and sort of fun and frenetic. Kid friendly dog friendly noise friendly. A little expensive but actually they weren't even busy when I was there and the service was a little bad. But the saucy ribs are the best!!! Oh I forgot to say, that the covered seating is with a metal corrugated roof and it is so so noisy under that tin roof.
More covered vs. indoor, but there are propane heaters.
There is a large "sheltered" area, which feels like it is indoors. There is also a large open air seating area. Both have plenty of heat lamps, so it is comfortable under all conditions.
Everything is outdoor but they inner seating unter the roof with many heaters going.
