About shrimp platters: Do this restaurants at San Pedro Ca clean their shrimps before cooking them and serve them to people or don't they have an ordinance on place?

My shrimps were deveined and shelled- not sure if they washed them before they were cooked but were very tasty and I did NOT have any digestive issues after eating - just a very full belly and TONS of leftovers to take home, YUM!!

No they don't but you may ask them ill be maybe extra charge
