For any credit union you must be a member to apply for any loan. Depending on the credit union there may be requirements you must meet to be eligible to join. The usual minimum requirement is to be a member is to establish a savings.
Yep, what Stephanie said. There are however, some credit unions that are open to the community, meaning regarding of where your work, live, or worship, you may be able to open up a membership with them. Foothill does not have open membership.
