I have a radio that needs to be tested...do you do that in the store?

I believe they could do that in this store. All the employees are Hams.

It depends on what you mean by "tested". If you mean, turn it on, check for regular functionality, then I'm sure we can accommodate you. If you mean take the lid off and start probing electrical components or digital circuits, then we would not be able to do that, your radio would need to be sent to the manufacturer or a 3rd part repair facility. I recommend you call your local store before going there to make sure they can do the type of testing you want done and to schedule an appointment with one of the technicians to have it looked at.
