There is a guy who frequents the Ham Radio Outlet who administers the tests. Call them and see if they can give you the info from the flyer they have by the register. I spoke with him when I was there, seems like a good guy, extremely knowledgeable.

They cycle locations, and may be closer to you one month over the next. I live in Anaheim, took my technician class in Downey. $15 and two weeks later my call sign was in the database. I'm not sure if any other agencies administer testing but google would know better. Hope this helps.
