I have a 1 bedroom voucher will I be able to get this apartment on my income of $1040.00 a month? even if it's a 2 bedroom

These are 2 & 3 bedroom Apts, bedrooms are upstairs with hallway closets , the 3 bedroom apt. has a shower and toilet separate from sink , so you can take a shower or use the restroom and someone can still use the sink to wash hands , teeth . Living room /dinning room , kitchen , closet and restroom ( toilet / sink ) downstairs. The 2 bedroom Apts has 2 big rooms upstairs with 1 room having a walk-in closet and a restroom ( shower, toilet ,sink ) and restroom , living room , closet , kitchen downstairs . COVINA MANOR ARE SECTION 8 APTS.
