I call the bank before I come to open the checking account. When I come to open my account. They did not know anything. They work so hard to refer me to another bank. Unacceptable.

Very bad experience. Tried to withdraw funds. Called to arrange for pick up, wanted to make sure they have the cash. Spoke w manager, Mimi Chan (?). Very unhelpful, evasive, wouldn’t give her name when I asked 3 times, acting suspicious and not treating me like a good customer. Said she would call me back in an hour. I will contact upper management at BoW to discuss. This is a bad branch. I see many poor reviews here. Update: I informed upper management about the poor customer service experience/issues and received no response. This is unacceptable. Advice: Do not bank here.

Customer is customer u should help them anyway no matter if they have more stuff. Tailers are good but managers are strict.
