If theres a pokemon that we want to catch and its in the golf course, does the public need to pay any entrance fee if we stop by? Most likely we will need to walk in the middle of the field. We appreciate your advise. Thank you.

I would advise against it. The golf course is private and they could nail you for trespassing.
