Hi, no you can't. They do a background check.
Despite an individual's felony conviction, the recipient may submit a signed waiver that would allow the individual to work as an IHSS provider. Waivers may apply to Tier 2 Crimes. However, Tier 1 Crimes are not eligible to waivers.
I don't believe so, I know if you have any type of abuse or fraud on your record, it is a no.
