If I'm 21 weeks which ultrasound would be best to find out the gender and to see my baby? And what's included in the package ?

I got the basic Gender Determination package, I paid $50. With that package I got a 15 minute ultrasound where I heard the heartbeat, saw baby in B&W, 3D, and in real time 4D. Upon leaving I received a printout with 5 B&W photos and a disc that had the B&W photos, one 3D photo, and one 4D photo.
