If you are talking about getting a HUDVash voucher the program time varies depending on your place where you apply. I am @ the WEST LA VA Hospital LOS ANGELS. CA. I got my voucher this week . I applied in October so here the vouchers are for $1,836.00 a month and it took me 3 months.. I am %100 service connected. That's for your rent assistance to be in your own place. I work at the VA home, I do not know the answer.... I do know that the home has empty beds and if U call, there's an admission prompt. Call and let them help.... It's a great place 2 live, so call... I hope this helps, good luck.... 4248328200
